The 2016 NRP Awards results are in! At the beginning of the year NRP holds an Annual Awards luncheon filled with food, fun and employee recognition from the success of the previous year.
Three high-status awards are distributed during the event. Two of the award winners are selected by the employees of NRP through a secret ballot process overseen by Betsy Johns and Jim Foley.
The awards include; “President’s Award,” “Customer Service” and “Most Valuable Teammate.”
The President’s Award is given to an employee who makes the effort to gain industry or management systems knowledge and then shares what they’ve learned with co-workers. This award is intended to help create a learning environment for all.
NRP’s most prestigious accolade is the Customer Service Award. This award is given to the most deserving associate as determined by their teammates. Peer voting and consideration based on comments and testimonials from co-workers, customers and contractors.
Fostering a culture of camaraderie, teamwork and general support of one another brings up the last award, “Most Valuable Teammate.” Assisting others without prompting and proactively working to better his or her position within NRP is why this award is so meaningful.
The 2016 award winners were:
President’s Award: Jessica Schroeder, Architectural Dept. Supervisor
Customer Service: Keyla Montano, Administrative Assistant
Most Valuable Teammate: Cris Owens, Administrative Assistant
Congratulations to a job well done! 2016 was a superb year for NRP and we are very grateful to all who contributed to our success!
